From poor food to the perfect breakfast then a foodie favourite ingredient in posh nosh whatever next for black pudding? Well it seems black pudding has now joined the ranks of kale, blueberries and pomegranate as a superfood! On the Kitchen Café this week, Clare English charts the rise and rise of this Scottish favourite.
