The second series of CBBC's fly-on-the-wall documentary lifts the lid on all the fun and challenges for the students of Year 7 - the first big year in secondary school. This time round, we are in a suburb of Birmingham, following the second half of the school year, from January to June.

Football isn't just for boys, as we find out when the Year 7 girls form their own team, and the hunt is on for a captain. The competition is made more complicated because the principle candidates are all good friends. Will it be pint-sized Libby, whose hobbies include kickboxing, or one of best friends Courtney and Dominique, who both fancy the chance to show what they are made of? They are all put through the paces by PE teacher Mr Davies, and there can only be one winner.
