Walter finds a handwritten journal called the Book of the Menace amongst the junk at the Beanotown jumble sale. It literally contains every trick in the book! What's a menace to do? No matter what Dennis pulls out of the pranking bag, Walter seems to be untouchable - anticipating his every move and turning all his pranks against him. It's Dennis's worst nightmare come true. How will the gang beat the new pretender to the menacing throne?
