Spain's governing conservative party has won the most seats in the general election. However, gains by socialist and anti-austerity parties mean the Prime Minister must now look to form a coalition.

The FIFA ethics committee delivers it's decision on whether the two most powerful men in world football - Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini - are guilty of charges including corruption, conflict of interest and non-cooperation. 

The Philippines has won this year’s Miss Universe pageant, but only after Miss Colombia was mistakenly handed the crown on live television.
