Martin Shkreli resigns from Turing Pharmaceuticals after arrest on securities fraud

CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, Martin Shkreli has resigned following his arrest on securities fraud charges. BBC Correspondent Nada Tawfik in New York has more.

Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager under fire for buying a pharmaceutical company and ratcheting up the price of a life-saving drug, has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Turing Pharmaceuticals following his arrest on securities fraud charges this week. We speak to BBC Business Correspondent Nada Tawfik in New York.
