The kids work in an electronics factory in Manila with seriously high targets.

Documentary series where British kids experience work in factories in Asia. The kids try work in a factory in Manila that aims to make humans as efficient as machines.

The five UK kids head to work in a jaw-dropping electronics factory in Manila, where workers make millions and millions of parts for the electronic gadgets that the kids rely on at home. The targets here are seriously high and the overall aim is to get a human being to be as efficient as any machine. How will the kids cope with the sterile work environment, the head-to-toe protective suits and working at the fastest of speeds in total silence?

As the kids' behaviour prompts the factory bosses to take drastic action, Stacey decides to take some of them to see what could happen to those who can't get any work in a factory - and she sends the others to visit a Filipino school to see the local attitude to education.

In their most searing encounter so far, they meet a family living in extreme poverty who have been forced to separate, and as a result the UK kids decide on some drastic action of their own.
