Jack-the-lad Tommy has just three weeks and £12,000 to pull off the perfect wedding for his picky bride-to-be Hannah. All Hannah wants is a luxurious and relaxing wedding day where she looks a million dollars, but Tommy has a big romantic plan up his sleeve for his ex-water-skiing champ bride.  

He wants to surprise his bride by having a wet and wild ceremony out at sea while skimming across the waves on water-skis. The only problem is that Tommy has never water-skied in his life. Can he go from zero to water-skiing hero in just three weeks? Will anything be good enough to impress his very protective future father-in-law? Will his budget wedding dress sink his big day before it even gets started? Can this groom pull off a watery miracle or will his whole wedding end up a total washout?
