The country's best young bakers go head to head. Judges Graham Hornigold and Allegra McEvedy set four bakers the task of creating an old-fashioned jam roly-poly.

The technical challenge gets hosts Sam and Mark very excited as it's their favourite pudding - a good old-fashioned jam roly-poly! Judges Graham Hornigold and Allegra McEvedy are looking for a good swirl and golden outside, but which of this brand new batch of four bakers, Amari, Ben, Khushi and Oscar, will be jammy enough to get into the top two? The crescendo of the heat is the show-stopper challenge, where the bakers must create an outstanding inside-out cake in order to remain inside the famous Bake Off tent.
