Consumer champion Matt Allwright join the ranks of Britain's housing officers on the front line in the battle between landlords and tenants.  

Matt's back on the job with the housing enforcers, and things are getting serious as he joins an evening police raid on a property in Oxford. He also meets a homeless couple in Salford who may finally get a roof over their heads.
