The pupils of a primary school compete to be elected as head teacher. The three party leaders must select their election teams to help them win the most votes.

The three party leaders must now select their election teams, chosen from their classmates, to help them win the most votes in the race to become head teacher. In a tricky series of interviews, the Year 6 pupils try to persuade the three party leaders that they would be perfect to join their election team and help them on the campaign trail. The leaders select their teams and then the hard work really begins as the parties start to work out what policies will help them to win over the whole school. Once they have decided on their policies, the three parties head off to one of Europe's largest advertising agencies, where top agency creatives pitch their ideas for logos, party names and poster campaigns to the pupils - who give them a real run for their money!
