Belarus goes to the polls to elect a president

The former US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, labelled Belarus "Europe's last dictatorship".  Well today, presidential elections are taking place, and Alexander Lukashenko, who has been in office since 1994, is hoping to be re-elected for a fifth term.
