Gillian Marles takes a tour around Scotland and explores the various types of food and drink produced in the country, from gin to lamb and soft fruit to tea.

This week Business Scotland is inviting you to dinner. We take a tour around the country sourcing gin for an aperitif, a roast lamb main course from the Highlands and some soft fruit from Fife. That's followed by some Glasgow-roasted coffee or if you'd prefer - a cup of tea - grown on the Perthshire hills.
