Rav and Dee are dedicating the whole of tonight's show to our girl Nadiya who swooped to victory in this week's Great British Bake Off Final! There may be a mini team bake off* and there will definitely be tons of tunes!

Plus Rav and Dee celebrate the Hindu festival of Navratri - a harvest festival symbolising the triumph of good over evil a.
