Series set in the magical land of Nara. Nok Tok gets birdseed from a fir cone. He tries to share his three cones with Lau Lau, but he can't divide them equally.

Series set in the magical land of Nara, inhabited by the joyful and gentle Piplings. Nok Tok gets birdseed from a fir cone with his Anything Machine. He tries to share his three cones with Lau Lau, but he can't divide them equally. So he gives her all of them. Lau Lau gets mangoes from De Li as a gift for him in return. There are more attempts at sharing with these and with Yo Jojo's bananas, but there's never quite the right number to share equally. In the end, the children solve the puzzle - by putting all the fruit in Nok Tok's Anything Machine and turning it into juice!
