Children's author Mairi Hedderwick and adventurer Mark Beaumont join Fiona Stalker.

Fiona Stalker talks to children's author Mairi Hedderwick about her career, plus adventurer Mark Beaumont updates her on his latest cycle adventure, North Coast 500.

Author and illustrator of the popular children's series Katie Morag, Mairi Hedderwick also writes and illustrates travel books. Fiona and Mairi chat about her career and the appeal of island life.

We find out more about Earth's Natural Wonders with producer, Matt Barrett, and find out what happened when the crew tried to film at the edge of the Victoria falls...

We catch up with previous guest Mark Beaumont, who recently completed the North Coast 500 - Scotland's answer to Route 66 - a 500 mile journey which takes you through beautiful areas of Scotland.
