The Twirlywoos are on top of a hill, where they watch a family with a picnic. The children are playing at rolling down the hill. While they are away, the Twirlywoos decide to take things from the picnic and roll them down the hill too. They get carried away and end up rolling everything down, including themselves!

The Very Important Lady visits the boat and falls apart. Her head rolls back and forth throughout the boat, disrupting the Twirlywoos' efforts to put her body back together.
