American property tycoon Jason Buzi calls for a new country to be established for the world's refugees. We ask, is this a good idea? The United States confirms it is involved in talks with Turkey to create an "Islamic State-free zone" along the Turkish-Syrian border. And, some residents in the American city of Boston are celebrating after the US Olympic Committee withdraws its bid to host the 2024 Games in the Massachusetts capital.
