In America, Al Jackson meets a woman with a mysterious secret skill that involves not only being extremely bendy, but also a bow and arrow!

Haruka Kuroda brings us a mind-boggling magical record featuring a woman attempting an incredible 15 costume changes in two minutes, and Sizzling Steve, Mr Cherry and pint-sized pocket rocket US Ray are together once more at our top secret record-breaking bunker, where they'll try and outdo each other with a record you could try at home, involving sticky notes.
