Fun for very young children in Teletubbyland, with Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po. The Teletubbies watch a little boy show his friend his scrapbook. Tinky Winky puts Dipsy's hat inside his bag. Then Noo Noo sucks up Tinky Winky's bag, with Dipsy's hat inside it, into his tummy. Tinky Winky and Dipsy chase the Noo Noo and he gives back Dipsy's hat, but not the bag. They chase him again, and the Noo Noo finally gives the bag back.
