Janice Forsyth talks to singer-songwriter John Newman about the making of his new album, plus Apache Darling perform a live session, and Janice meets singer Lucy Rose.

Singer songwriter John Newman introduces his new single 'Come and Get It' in an incredibly revealing interview during which he tells Janice about his relationship with his mum, his lifelong love of cars and failed attempt to become a mechanic, his 'bucket of influence' which he uses to get musical inspiration, and we get an insight into his perfectionism and self-criticism, including his dissatisfaction with his hit singles Love Me Again and Losing Sleep.

Apache Darling will be live in the studio and talking about their upcoming gigs at T in the Park's T-Break Stage and King Tuts.
