Everybody likes the vestigial twin that is growing out of Peter's neck better than him.

US animated series. When everybody likes the vestigial twin that is growing out of Peter's neck better than him, Peter decides to have him amputated.

Peter goes to Dr Hartman because of a growth on his neck, and it turns out to be a happy little vestigial twin, whom Peter names Chip. At first Peter is thrilled to have a companion, but soon Chip's zest for life is showing Peter in a bad light, and he can't take it any more.
