Arthur tries to not watch TV for a week. School tough guy Binky sleeps with a night light.

It's TV Free Week in Elwood City and Arthur and his friends have pledged to try to not watch TV for a whole week. As the days go by, the challenge becomes harder and harder. When they learn Bionic Bunny vs the Techno Turtles is on TV Sunday night, Arthur and Buster are ready to give in. Will they earn their TV Free Week badges after all? 

School tough guy Binky Barnes sleeps with a night light to keep the scary nightmares away. But what's even scarier is that someone might find out! When Arthur learns Binky's secret after spending the night, Binky will do anything to stop Arthur from telling all the other kids at school. The pressure is too much for Binky! He confesses in class and gets a surprise reaction from the other kids.
