Aasif Mandvi, was born in Mumbai, grew up in Bradford and made his acting debut on American TV's Miami Vice and then made appearances in a whole host of American dramas such as ER, The Sopranos and Sex in the City before landing his biggest role as the 'brown' guy in The Daily Show with John Stewart.

He talks to Bobby about his career, his latest show Halal in the Family and his upcoming TV drama series, The Brink, which is set in the political turmoil of Pakistan.
