Sepp Blatter and the Fifa elections - what now for footballs governing body? Plus, the man who looks after the FA Cup, the Khaki Cup Final of 1915, and the Bermuda Rugby 7 team.

We are live in Moscow, New York, Johannesburg and Sydney to debate the future of football following the Fifa presidential elections. 

FA Cup Fan-tastic 
When Sportshour turned up at St Helen's Town at the extra preliminary round of the FA Cup in August, we met Leon and Keith. Despite supporting neither of the teams playing that day they were at the start of an FA Cup adventure. They intended to follow the winner of this match and all subsequent winners of the tie until they got to Wembley. Having completed the task so far will they be in attendance at the final on Saturday?!

FA Cup In Safe Hands
We meet the man charged with looking after the FA Cup. He even admits to sleeping with it when required. The Cup has yet to comment.

Rigorous Rugby Preparation?
The Bermuda Rugby 7’s team have been preparing for their Olympic qualifier by playing at the world’s biggest sport and music festival in Bournemouth. It is the only time national teams face off against teams of revellers! The BBC’s Jenna Hawkey joins amongst others, former Wales and Lions player international Shane Williams.

Not Sitting on the Fence
Fencing is not the first sport you might think of when it comes to inner city lives. However for Tim Moorehouse, that was exactly the activity the Bronx born Olympian took up at a young age whilst living in New York. A silver medallist at the Beijing Olympics, Tim admitted it was only through laziness that he ever took up the sport! 

Sporting Witness
During the FA Cup final of 1956, Manchester City goalkeeper Bert Trautmann became a national hero by breaking his neck and playing on until the final whistle. Trautmann was a former Nazi paratrooper, who had chosen to stay in England after being captured during World War Two and taken to a prisoner-of-war Camp in Lancashire.  He is the only man to have won both the Nazi Iron Cross and a FA Cup Winner's Medal.
