Grandpa wants to ride one of Mr Yomper Stomper's donkeys, but Auntie Jules won't let him.

Children's comedy about a grandpa who can magically shrink. Grandpa wants a donkey ride but he's not allowed, so he takes matters into his own hands.

Mr Yomper Stomper arrives at the Mill on the Marsh with some exciting news. He is offering donkey rides to children on Sunnysands Beach. Elsie is very keen to have a ride, and so is Grandpa, but Auntie Jules says there's no way he can ride a donkey. Grandpa is very disappointed. 

On the beach, Elsie is the first child to have a go. But when she sits on Geronimo, the donkey refuses to move. No matter what he tries, Mr Yomper Stomper can't make his donkey go. Grandpa decides there's only one thing for it and puts on his shrinking cap. He climbs onto Geronimo and hides in his flowery bonnet. Grandpa whispers in the donkey's ear and encourages him to move. 

Soon lots of children are enjoying donkey rides, and so is Grandpa, but Auntie Jules realises that Grandpa is missing and is worried. While Jules searches high and low, Elsie manages to get Grandpa off the donkey. He takes off the cap and then finally has a proper ride.
