Matilda and the whole Ramsay bunch hit the beach and go totally California crazy! Matilda cooks up a storm by the sea with her super easy herby garlic bread, a totally delicious clam bake and a real American barbecue classic, the sensational s'mores (melting marshmallows). The family get a surf lesson from a top Californian surfer and Tilly's brother Jack learns how to fix a camera to his surfboard to film some great surfing wipeouts! Once lunch is cooked and devoured, they all grab their boards, dive into the waves and go surfing wild.
