Damon Albarn talks through the new album by mega Brit band Blur. We visit the Cape Verde jazz festival which celebrates Creole culture.
Clint Eastwood’s son Kyle discusses legends of the bass guitar and talks about growing up with music at home.   Valeria Luiselli and Jorge Volpi are new voices in Mexican literature and describe the reinvention of story there. 

We visit the world-renowned cinematographer Christopher Doyle as he mounts a solo art exhibition in London’s Mayfair. Nigerian film actor Desmond Elliot becomes an MP for a suburb of Lagos and tells us about his move into politics.  Irene Caselli talks about new theatre in Buenos Aires. And, Swedish film-maker Roy Andersson thinks about the far-right worship of Swedish icons in his new film from that country.
