Children's animation. Postman Pat has been promoted to head of the Special Delivery Service, which means he is called on to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere. Together with new boss Ben, a fleet of new vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves he can be relied on to deliver on time, every time.

Pat must deliver a wind generator to Ted Glen's workshop, but strong winds make the job difficult. When Ted, Lauren and the children become trapped without power, Pat uses the generator to save the day.
