Election result due, amid concern over possible "political interference", and Britain's general election campaign begins.

As the results of Nigeria's presidential election continue to come in, the US and Britain have issued a joint statement expressing concern about possible "political interference". 

Incumbent Goodluck Jonathan is facing a strong challenge from former military ruler Muhammadu Buhari. The final outcome is expected on Tuesday.

Also on the programme, the general election campaign gets underway in Britain with the economy playing a key role in the debate.
