Ideas include a giant sunshade in space to filter out the sun's rays, forests of artificial trees that would breath in carbon dioxide and stop the greenhouse effect, and a fleet of futuristic yachts that will shoot salt water into the clouds, thickening them and cooling the planet. Could they stop global warming dead in its tracks, or are these the crazy ideas of mad scientists in white coats?
