Night vision cameras give us a rare glimpse of the most extraordinary nocturnal human behaviour as we follow their trickiest cases through their night studies. 

The consultants at Papworth’s sleep clinic are facing their biggest challenge to date – how to bring some peace to Derek’s nights currently punctutated by extreme dream enactments, which have left him with broken ribs, fingers, cuts and scrapes. And likely lad Matt Terry needs help with his night time acting out which has cut short many a potential relationship.
