Andrew Marr is joined by key political personalities and cultural figures to discuss topical politics, current affairs and the arts. 

Chancellor of the exchequer George Osborne joins Andrew Marr ahead of the final budget before the general election. 

Also joining Andrew are shadow chancellor Ed Balls and Hollywood actor Sean Penn. 

Also there is music from the cast of the Carole King musical Beautiful.
