The race to see who will be crowned Officially Competitive champion hots up as US Ray, Mr Cherry and the UK's Sizzling Steve take on another record you could attempt at home - all you need is some lemons, a tape measure, a blindfold and a friend who can throw.

Haruka Kuroda has a record from China involving ten motorcyclists riding simultaneously inside the ominously titled Sphere of Death, while in America, Al Jackson meets a woman who has a secret special talent - can he guess what it is? Probably not, but you will be amazed when you see Momma Lou in action.

And in Yorkshire, Ben Shires gets his quiff wet as he witnesses two teams go head to head in a speed bed race over land and water in their bid to become bed-racing world record holders!
