Peter Allen analyses a report that claims incomes are 'back to pre-crisis level' and finds out if listeners are indeed feeling better off.

Average household incomes are back to where they were before the financial crisis, according to research by the Institute for Fiscal Studies.  Peter asks listeners whether they're actually feeling better off ?  A panel of MPs discuss the latest issues at Westminster ahead of Prime Minister's Questions.  The politicians discuss a speech by UKIP's leader Nigel Farage in which he says his party won't set a cap on the number of people allowed into the UK.  Peter also hears from the man who has stopped the clocks in Swansea.
