Stock market records are broken on both sides of the Atlantic, with the Dow Jones on Wall Street and the FTSE 100 in London reaching record highs, but is the bubble about to burst? Plus, China gets set to further tighten its control of the internet with new rules banning the use of pseudonyms on social media. But why are the Chinese authorities so worried about the web, and how do they interefere with it? We speak to a Harvard professor who has gone under cover to work out what the Chinese government is censoring on social media. We go to the city of Bristol in the UK, awarded the title of European Green Capital for 2015, and ask whether rewards or punishments are better incentives for communities to go green. Plus, getting a degree level education can be a very expensive business, especially in the United States, but a handful of colleges offer heavy discounts on tuition fees to students who pay their way by working for their place of study. We're joined throughout by Heather Timmons, Asia Correspondent for Quartz in Hong Kong, and Adriene Hill, reporter for Marketplace radio in Los Angeles.
