Tom Morton has an interview and session with Nicky Murray, plus he highlights the career of Tim Drummond and plays tracks by Lyle Lovett and James Vincent McMorrow.

Tom Morton opens his record bag to play the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe, Last Orders and Early Morning Soul. Scottish singer/songwriter and musician Nicky Murray is in session and conversation (accompanied by Chloe Rodgers) and in this weekend's Sideman's Journey, Tom highlights the career of American songwriter and bass player Tim Drummond (co-wrote and played with many artists including James Brown, JJ Cale, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Ry Cooder, Don Henley, Jewel & Graham Nash). In the Same Title, Different Song feature, the track is 'If I Had A Boat' with versions from Lyle Lovett and James Vincent McMorrow.
