Verity Sharp presents music from Tokso, Bernie Green and I Fagiolini.

Verity Sharp's selection includes folk quartet Tokso, Bernie Green and his Orchestra from 1961 and I Fagiolini with music by Thomas Tallis.

Folk string quartet Tokso bring together traditions from France, Greece and Norway, the sparkling tunes of Bernie Green and his orchestra in a state of the art stereo recording from 1961, I Fagiolini rework Thomas Tallis's 40 part motet Spem in Alium for voices and instruments and Susie Hodder-Williams and Chris Caldwell evoke a mythical journey across Dartmoor on the ancient track known as the Mariner's Way. Presented by Verity Sharp.

Live music and the arts: broadcasts more live music than any other radio network. Classical music is its core. Genres include world and new music, jazz, speech and drama.
