Should Europe’s taxpayers spend more to make life easier for the Greeks?

Europe is under pressure to write-off some of Greece’s debts. But if it does, then other countries could say “why not us too”? And if it does not, Greece will most likely be forced out of the EU. In either case there are extremely difficult times ahead for the European Union.
