Dennis and his faithful hound Gnasher are out to make every day as much fun as possible, but their adventures often lead them into trouble. Walter, Slipper and the Colonel devise a spy network to stop him, but as they become increasingly infuriated by Dennis's inaction their spy antics escalate to fever pitch, backfiring on each of them as Dennis sits back and watches the chaos unfold.
