Inspired by Radio 3 Breakfast's "Best of British" playlist which ran throughout 2014, journalist Simon Heffer chooses some of his favourite music by British composers, including works by Arthur Bliss, Gustav Holst, Arthur Butterworth, William Boyce, John Foulds and EJ Moeran.
