Nicaragua starts work on its Gran Canal - a $50bn alternative to the Panama Canal, linking the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. We speak to the BBC's Arturo Wallace from the ground-breaking ceremony in Managua, and also to Noel Maurer from George Washington University about what it could mean for Nicaragua, one of the poorest countries in Central America.
