Do we need legislation to protect disabled travel spaces or can we rely on the 'common decency' of the general public? 

Bus drivers are not required by law to force people to make way for wheelchair users on buses -- that's according to a Court of Appeal ruling.
It overturns a previous ruling that a bus company broke discrimination law when a passenger refused to move her pushchair to make way for a wheelchair.
