President of Lithuania says Russia is behaving as a terrorist state

Russia is behaving as a terrorist state says the president of Lithuania. Also, the ILO finds wages are growing faster in rich countries than in the developed world.

Russia is "behaving as a terrorist state," according to the President of Lithuania, Dalia Grybauskaite. She also told the BBC's Vishala Sri-Pathma that she welcomed President Vladimir Putin's announcement this week that he was shelving a multi-billion dollar project to build a pipeline to pump Russian gas into South East Europe.
