Tom Morton plays tracks by rock band the Sir Douglas Quintet in Hit and Miss, plus he highlights the career of musician and record producer Colin Newman in Then and Now.

Tom Morton opens his record bag to play the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe, Last Orders and Early Morning Soul. In Sideman's Journey Tom plays more tracks associated with Bobby Valentino and in the Glen's Grooves feature, artist and author Glen Vaudrey selects another track from his eclectic record collection. In Hit & Miss, Tom plays a one hit wonder and a follow up flop from American rock band Sir Douglas Quintet and the Then & Now feature looks across the career of musician, record producer and record label owner Colin Newman (solo career, Wire frontman and member of 4 piece collaboration Githead).
