Human trials of a new vaccine against Ebola are proving promising say scientists.

First results from a small trial show that a vaccine for Ebola produced an immunological response in each of the 20 volunteers in the USA who received it.

Diana Furchtgott-Roth from the Manhattan Institute and Jonathan Cheng from the Wall Street Journal in Seoul discuss the day's stories with Fergus Nicoll. We hear news that human trials of a vaccine to combat Ebola have proved promising, the BBC's Kamal Ahmed talks to the CEO of GlaxoSmithKline which is behind the medicine. Plus, ahead of a meeting of the oil producers cartel, Opec, we ask Gianna Bern from the University of Notre Dame Indiana why it's so hard to guess what the group will do about oil supplies.
