Tom Morton highlights the career of Alex Kapranos, lead singer and guitarist with Franz Ferdinand, in Then and Now and plays tracks by US punk band the Dickies in Hit and Miss.

Tom Morton opens his record bag to play the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe, Last Orders and Early Morning Soul. In Sideman's Journey Tom plays more tracks associated with Giorgio Moroder and in the Glen's Grooves feature, artist and author Glen Vaudrey selects another track from his eclectic record collection. In Hit & Miss, Tom plays a one hit wonder and a follow up flop from American band The Dickies and in the Then & Now feature looks across the career of Scottish singer, songwriter & musician Alex Kapranos.
