Cerys Matthews has Canadian singer-songwriter Frazey Ford in session off the back of the release of her recent second solo album Indian Ocean.

Frazey Ford first came to prominence in the early 21st Century as one of the founding member of the Be Good Tanyas. She released her debut solo album Obadiah in 2010.

Cerys also welcome Maunika Gowardhan to the studio to talk all things curry. Maunika is a chef and food writer born and raised in Mumbai, India. She creates and shares authentic Indian dishes with exciting flavours and ingredients influenced by her upbringing and heritage.
