Extratime is at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and if you were ever a touring batsman there in the late 1980s and early 1990s there's no way you would ever forget Merv Hughes. To him cricket was physical and verbal combat - he was the fast bowler with a trademark handlebar moustache and a fierce glare who would often subject batsmen to a volley of wisecracks or outright abuse, also known as sledging. It hasn't gone away either, in the most recent series against England the Australian captain was penalised after threatening to break the arm of an opponent. So is that what's in store for India who start a test series in Australia next month? And can the Aussies and win the World Cup final at the MCG in 2015?
