The series that follows the work of Tameside Council in Greater Manchester is back. The frontline staff working behind the walls of the town hall once again do battle against those blighting our communities. 

In this episode the officers embark on a licensing operation that uncovers an ice-cream man offering his customers more than just a 99, reunite a long-lost dog with its owner and offer a lifeline to elderly members of the community who are desperate to stay in their own homes.
