A developer whose flats had a string of serious and even dangerous flaws is grilled on how he intends to put things right. Does he stick to his promises? 

Plus, the distinctive houses described as homes of the future that have some distinctly old-fashioned faults, and a grand design that has gone terribly wrong, leaving its owner unable to afford the repairs or to sell the house in order to put the whole devastating experience behind her.
